Court Farm Holidays offer a unique selection of 15 Luxurious self catering cottages to cater for all ages and varying tastes, from small & cosy to large and spacious, with use of a wide range of facilities, including indoor heated swimming pool, tennis court, childrens play area and indoor play barn, animal field with feeding and petting times, catering service, holistic & beauty treatments, yoga and swimming lessons - all located just 2 miles inland from seven renowned surfing beaches including Widemouth, Bude & Sandymouth on the North Cornwall Coast.

There are various styles to choose including four ‘quintessential’ cornish village cottages, three spacious & contemporary country-style properties with own hot tubs, a large period farmhouse sleeping up to 12, and six sympathetically converted traditional courtyard barns - all ideally located in the heart of the village of Marhamchurch (and right opposite the village pub).

Additionally, just up the coast at Northcott, amidst 400 acres of farm land from which you can walk to the local beach, is their extremely popular secluded Georgian period farmhouse that can sleep up to 17.

All the properties are beautifully decorated providing a calming ambience throughout,all have been refurbished to a high standard and have access to a full range of facilities for all the family; including an indoor heated swimming pool, games room with pool table and table tennis, tennis court, childrens play area with trampoline, indoor play barn, outoor toys and wendy house, alpacas and kune kune pigs in thir animal field, free wifi internet access, holistic and beauty therapy, yoga & swimming lessons and a full catering service is also available.

The family work as a team focusing on providing all the little extras that will make your stay comfortable and hassle free. For young families, they will provide cots, highchairs, booster seats, bedguards, stairgates, fireguards, toddler friendly crockery and cutlery – even toy boxes at no extra cost. Each property has freeview (the two farmhouses have Sky), with flatscreen TVs in most master bedrooms, DVD and CD players and a selection of books, novels & DVDs. They are on hand to advise on the best places to visit, most beautiful country or coastal walks, places to eat, local activity centres - anything you need to know to make your stay even more memorable.

Two large period farmhouses with original features, providing spacious living areas, large fully equipped kitchens, wood burning stoves, most bedrooms en-suite, enclosed gardens with patios and gas barbecues both in enchanting surroundings with fabulous coast and countryside views. Perfect for family or friends wanting to stay together under one roof to celebrate a special occasion.

Courtyard Cottages
Six sympathetically converted stone farm barns, each named according to their original use, set in close proximity to each other around a pretty enclosed courtyard. All presented against a neutral décor to expose the timber beams and barn style touches with views out to open countryside. Within close proximity of each other within a pretty enclosed courtyard with safe child access to all on site facilities. Ideal for groups of families wanting to take individual properties but close to one another.

An immaculate and contemporary bungalow, with oak flooring throughout and modern furniture, providing spacious living, with raised patio accessible direct from kitchen, providing a lovely countryside view with steps leading to the large garden with OWN HOT TUB. Set in a quiet village setting just 500 metres away from the facilities at Court Farm. Ideal for guests wanting more privacy.
