This period cottage in a peaceful setting above Ambleside provides a cosy environment to relax after a long day out. It is comfortably furnished, tastefully decorated with traditional materials & well-equipped throughout. Large double & sunny twin bedrooms. Window seats and beams. In summer you can sit out in the garden, listen to the birds and watch the sun set over Wansfell. In winter you can snuggle up in front of the fire and still say goodnight to Wansfell from the window. Please note that this is a traditional home over 200 years old.
