Three stunning cottages sleeping up to 16 guests for corporate or private rental.

Nestling beside the Roman Fosseway in the Vale of Castle Combe deep within the beautiful Wiltshire Cotswolds just 8 miles North East of Bath a convenient holiday base one and a half hours drive from central London in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The nearby village of Castle Combe is a short walk along the Bybrook valley and is famous world wide as being the prettiest village in England. Frequently used for film locations most recently featuring in Stardust, Wolfman and Harry Potter.

The three self catering properties, The Garden House, Stables and Dovecote have been featured in several Interior design magazines in England, America and Japan.

The Garden House Sleeps 4+2
This former 18th Century dairy building offers stunning contemporary interiors with solid oak and limestone floors. A single storey building with entrance lobby and fitted cupboards with doors leading to the master bedroom featuring vaulted ceilings and a dramatic 4 poster bed. The living room has a working fireplace, double sofa bed, TV, DVD, CD, Freeview. Fully fitted kitchen with granite worktops, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher. French doors leading to patio and large private garden. Barbecue and boules. Glazed atrium dining room leading to second bedroom with double bed and ensuite shower, basin and WC. Under floor heating throughout.
No pets.

The Dovecote sleeps 2+2
The Dovecote is a large studio with a double bed and a double sofa bed kitchen and bathroom.
First floor loft apartment with vaulted ceiling solid oak floors and designer lighting effects. Exterior stone steps leading to: Entrance lobby with fitted cupboard leading to spacious open plan studio with fully fitted kitchen, granite worktops, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave oven. Living/dining area with table, chairs, double sofa bed, TV,DVD/CD. Sleeping area with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Separate bathroom with bath, shower, basin, WC and washing machine. Tumble drier in separate building. Central heating throughout.
Juliet balcony, communal gardens with barbeque and boules.
No pets.

The Stables sleeps 6
Detached Cotswold stone former stables building with original cobbled stone floors, elm plank ceiling, oak hayracks and decorative Victorian cast iron cooking range. Gravelled parking area with garden furniture and barbeque. Communal gardens.
Ground Floor: Entrance lobby, leading to living/dining room with dining table and chairs, two comfortable sofas, TV, DVD, CD and Digital radio. Large sunny kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, tumble drier, gas cooker, electric hob, espresso machine, microwave, fridge/freezer. Washing machine in separate building.
First Floor: Two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom, all with ensuite shower, basin and WC, TV and tea/coffee making facilities in each room. Separate guest cloakroom with WC and wash-hand basin.
Well behaved dogs accepted (maximum 2).

Surrounding the property is a large garden of two acres with a barbeque area and al fresco dining furniture.
