We know that we are not the cheapest site around but consider this. We don't want to swamp our site with thousands of cottages. We try to keep the site small and exclusive and with over 72,000 visitors to the site in July alone each property benefits from a high click through rate. Just one booking will cover your costs.

We provide a friendly personal service. All your emails and enquiries will be quickly dealt with. If you are not comfortable with a computer we will do the work for you! LMC are constantly marketing this web site as the prime source of late availability holidays for cottages and we have a Number 1 ranking with Google for the search terms 'late availability' 'holiday cottages' and of course, 'last minute holiday cottages'. Go search and see for yourself!

We do not ONLY deal with late bookings. You get a whole webpage allowing you to add as much information as you wish so for many of our clients we are their only web advertising medium! (Remember "last minute" means different things to different people!)

LMC do not take any commission from bookings, we simply charge you a fixed annual fee per year (from just £110). Just one booking through us will cover your costs! It really is that simple!

We will provide you with a username and password so that you can update your listing whenever you wish enabling you to advertise even the latest vacancies.

You will get an area page listing (usually by county) and your own entire webpage allowing you to add as much information about your property as you wish.

We can provide you with a simple to use multiple availability calendar so that you and anyone viewing your property can see any vacancy quickly and easily.

We will give you a link to your Virtual Tour (if you have one).

We provide you with the most up to date Google map of your property which even gives a satellite view!

We provide you with a link through to your own website (if you have one).
NB. Links are offered to private stand-alone websites only. We do not offer links to pages which are part of other websites such as directories. We cannot offer links to sites which provide an exit route in the form of links to accommodation agencies etc.,
