Guests have praised 64 Acorn Lodge Kenwick Park for its tranquillity, comfortable furnishings, and the added luxury of a hot tub. The surrounding woodland offers a peaceful setting, and the property is pet-friendly, enhancing its appeal for a relaxing getaway. The lodge's amenities, including a wood burner and on-site spa facilities, contribute to a delightful stay, although minor maintenance issues have been noted.
The lodge generally receives positive remarks for cleanliness, with guests finding it tidy upon arrival. However, one mention of a not-so-clean hot tub suggests a slight deduction in the score.
The location is consistently described as peaceful and beautiful, surrounded by woodland and ideal for walks. Its proximity to local amenities and attractions also contributes to a high score.
Comfort is a strong point for the lodge, with guests highlighting the king-size bed and comfy sofas. The presence of a cozy wood burner and secure outdoor space for children and pets adds to the overall comfort.
Facilities are well-regarded, with the hot tub and spa being highlights. However, reports of maintenance issues such as leaks, non-working lights, and a TV signal problem necessitate a lower score.
The owner's responsiveness and gestures, such as providing a birthday cake, demonstrate thoughtfulness. While these acts are appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches may vary and are not guaranteed.

1 no light working on decking, so not able to use jacuzzi at night. 2 jacuzzi not clean when we arrived, sand in bottom, only one jet working, lights in jacuzzi not working. 3 tv in bedroom not working. 4 not able to use dish washer until we realised you had to leave sink tap running while using dishwasher ( still don't know how that works) 5 furniture (especially coffee table) very battered

The lodge is great! Very spacious, and lovely and clean on our arrival. The beds are so comfortable and the bedding is excellent. Plenty of good quality towels. Tried not to use them all, although had two small children so ended up doing so. The outside enclosed area was perfect and very secure for the children to play and our dog. Was a nice addition having the hot tub! The shower in the en-suite was very powerful, nice after a long day. We couldnât get the TV to work in the end bedroom, it wouldnât tune into anything or pick up a proper picture. Tried changing the aerial cable, but wouldnât work. Our apologies for not taking the rubbish to the big bins, every inch of our car was full, and being Nana and Auntie to two small children, leaving by 10am was a major feat in its self for us! The children loved the lodge and its surroundings, they even picked a tree, the very large pine tree which we passed every time we drove in and out near the lodge, and said goodbye to it when we left. The area is so quiet and perfect for walks, it was lovely to walk and pick wild blackberries with my four year old granddaughter. We plan to come back with the children next year. Thank you for such a lovely stay.
