The location is highly praised for its proximity to Lincoln, ease of access to public transport, and central position for visiting local attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

Personally, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would have no hesitation in staying here again should we ever wish to return to this area.

Great Location for visiting Lincoln and surrounding area. Enjoyed sitting outside patio doors in the evening with glass of wine. Good value for money.

Very close to Lincoln, with a regular bus service into the town, castle etc. Also a pub within walking distance that does food, and several others close by. Well located for other attractions, airfields, NT properties, and even the coast only around an hours drive away. Particularly impressed by the Woodside Wildlife Park so close and several small nature reserves and walks. The weather was not too good, so no problem for us, but the outside of the property was just a scrubby area of weeds and broken tree branches, with just one small folding wooden seat, so we could not have sat outside had the weather been better. The property itself was fine, well equipped and well arranged in a smallish space, had everything we needed. We personally struggled a little with the small bed, which unfortunately we both found not very comfortable. Nigel and Charlotte.
