Ample storage space including fitted wardrobe. The adjoining bathroom with bath, electric power shower over, basin and WC is off a small lobby containing another child's bed. Stairs up to a spacious and very attractive first floor living room. Small, new well fitted kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washer/dryer and extending dining table to seat up to six. Comfortable sitting area with 4ft sofa bed, chairs with TV with DVD. Large windows provide stunning views.

Pathway across the garden to private patio area with table and chairs overlooking the meadow alongside the property and with views down to Bantham and Burgh Island.
