The Schoolhouse Bakehouse in Bishop's Castle receives high praise for its cleanliness, comfort, and prime location. Guests appreciate the friendly and helpful owner, Adrian, and the property's proximity to local shops and attractions. The well-equipped accommodation and thoughtful touches contribute to a delightful stay, although there are occasional mentions of areas for improvement.
Guests consistently describe the property as clean and tidy. There is, however, a single mention of mould in the showers and a comment on the need for improved bathroom cleaning, which slightly impacts the otherwise excellent feedback.
The location is frequently highlighted as fantastic, with easy access to local amenities and attractions. The property's setting allows for enjoyable walks and exploration of the surrounding countryside.
Many reviews note the property's comfort, mentioning comfortable beds and a peaceful environment. There are a few remarks about the heating being difficult to control and the dining area being cramped, which suggests room for improvement.
Facilities are generally well-received, with special mentions of the EV charger and tennis court. However, some guests noted issues with kitchen equipment and the need for maintenance, such as smoke alarms being too sensitive and sofas requiring cleaning.
While guests express gratitude for the owner's helpfulness and the provision of games, there is no specific mention of gifts. Therefore, it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness based on gifts, and the score is set to null.
