This part of Carmarthenshire is famed for its great outdoors and fantastic scenery. This property is set in 60 acres of countryside on the edge of the Brecon Beacons and is a few minutes walk from the Crychan Forest which has a variety of picnic sites, bridleways, walking, running and cycling trails. Within a short drive from the property, many other cycling and walking routes can be found including Cwm Rhaeadr, the famous Tywi Valley, Gap Mountain Bike and Elan Valley Trails to name but a few, all within 30 miles. Beset with beautiful landscape views and wildlife including the beautiful red kites, photographers will be delighted by the location of this property and it is famous for its dark skies. Mountain bike options include the Coed Trallwm Mountain Bike and Visitor Centre (13 miles) among many others. The nearby villages offer a Land Rover course, clay pigeon shooting and Llanwrtyd Wells, a 5 mile drive, holds such events as the Man Versus Horse race and even bog snorkelling. Adjacent to the utility rooms are two separate WC and two bathrooms with a shower over the bath and wash hand basin. Heading up to the first floor each side, you will find a double room and a twin room, perfect to rest your head after a busy day exploring. Outside, the enclosed private garden has a lawn and gravel area embracing the uninterrupted views and surrounding countryside with a garden table and chairs to sit and relax whilst planning the next day s activities.
