Ocean House is generally praised for its spaciousness, cleanliness, and the hot tub feature, which is a hit with guests. The property is well-equipped and offers a comfortable stay, with some guests expressing a desire to return. While some minor maintenance issues and inaccuracies in the property's listing are noted, the overall experience is positive, with the property's location being suitable for exploring Pembrokeshire.
Guests find the property to be spotlessly clean, with only a minor mention of flies under the beds in one room. The cleanliness is consistently highlighted as a positive aspect.
The location receives mixed reviews. While some guests are happy with the proximity to local attractions, one review indicates disappointment due to a misleading listing about the property's location. The property is still considered good for exploring the area.
The property is described as spacious and comfortable for large groups, though there are comments about insufficient seating for watching TV and a lack of wardrobes in some bedrooms. The hot tub adds to the comfort level.
Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped kitchen and a washer dryer. However, there are reports of a faulty shower and an oven that could be improved, as well as a desire for more fridge space and a washing line.
While guests appreciate the extra touches like tea bags and washing powder, there is no mention of gifts, so it is not possible to assess the thoughtfulness based on the reviews provided.

The whole house was absolutely beautiful with lovely large rooms. We took all our own but loved all the little extra touches...coffee, sugar and tea bags. Washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs even washing powder was supplied. There is even an extra little fridge in the utility room wee used this as our beer fridge lol. Massive chest freezer for all your frozen things ice lollys in our case (we were blessed with hot hot hot weather) the hot tub was a massive hit with the kids lovely Dai checked the levels everyday so it was always clean and topped up. The BBQ was a great extra too so had a few good nights out sitting on the raised decking eating drinking and watching the sun do down. We were lucky to see the meteor shower while we were there as there is not much light pollution around. Would highly recommend staying at Ocean House it was worth the 8hour journey down from Scotland, beautiful house , lovely staff and plenty to do round about. Will certainly be back.

For people that use the downstairs bedroom there is not enough storage for clothes. I would have liked to see more space for hanging dresses etc.

The covered hot tub saved our holiday with the weather not being great. The kids spent hours playing in there in the evenings. Too many positives about the cottage to list it was almost perfect for us. The only negatives are the oven not being very good and could have done with a bit more fridge space. These are small inconveniences though and did not affect us having a great holiday. We would definitely consider coming back.
