  We needed a holiday to recharge after a few stressful months, the cottage is very, very cosy.

  lovely quiet place to relax and recharge yourself. bath room was impeccable only issue was working the shower, this was a very modern shower system but there was no instructions for it in the instructions folder and we couldn't get the water hot. The bath was massive and very comfortable however one slight downfall and this is only my opinion it needed a rail or grab handle to help get out of it or you would get stuck like i did. The WiFi was very hit and miss. personally i would advise people of this in the listing, alot of the time the signal was so weak you could not use it. lastly the sofa, the sofa is very well used and needs replacing asap maybe for a slightly bigger one as you were literally sitting on top of each other and you sunk down into the seat again making it hard to get off. the Farm and family including the lovely dogs made our stay a great just what we needed in a holiday. if the wifi and sofa were sorted would defo stay again. regards Jay and Jo. x

  We had a wonderful short break at Waedog Bach.

  The cottage itself was very cosy and ideal as a base to explore the area, and a drawer full of ideas as to what to do if you get stuck! Despite being seemingly in the middle of no-where we got to the main road in no time at all. We had a great day out going around Lake Vyrnwy with a walk around an amazing waterfall and a drive around the lake, and also a visit to the Pontcysyllte Aqueduct. The whole property is very modern and the kitchen has everything you need, the bathroom has a nice big bath and shower and the bedroom was a decent size with lots of space with drawers and a wardrobe and more than enough soft towels provided! We only needed to consider getting some food in and we were set for out stay! We got a warm welcome from the dogs who made sure we knew which way to head when we got there (and also came to make sure we were OK when we got home after our day out!). Would thoroughly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing break away.

  We honestly can't praise this perfect little holiday cottage enough. It was spotlessly clean, with a fresh modern decor. There were lovely welcoming touches-like some fresh flowers, Welsh cakes (which honestly lasted about 5 minutes after our 5 and a half hour drive) and a packet of waffles. We met Manon and her parents in law, who were all so friendly and sweet. They have a great knowledge of the area too. The cottage has everything we needed-a well equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher and washing machine, cleaning products and tea, coffee and a pint of milk), a comfortable living area and bedroom and a modern bathroom. The shower was really good too. Parking outside is ample and you can see your vehicle from the property. The cottage is well placed. Literally less than 5 minutes walk to Bala town centre and within easy reach of lots of attractions. We would definitely recommend this cottage and hope to return one day.

  We would highly recommend this property, located on a working farm, for anyone visiting North Wales.

  The cottage is beautifully decorated throughout with a well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable couch and an extremely comfortable bed. The bedroom has a wonderful view of the distant hills and the sheep paddocks and you can hear the soothing sounds of the farm animals as you are drifting off to sleep. It has one of the most beautiful and spacious bathrooms we have seen, with a separate bath and shower and an abundance of fluffy towels.Our host Aled and his family (and enthusiastic sheep dogs) made us feel like one of the family during the week we stayed there, allowing us unrestricted access to walk across the farmland. We would not hesitate to stay there again and would highly recommend this property to others.

  Lovely clean cottage conversions with friendly helpful hosts and very good facilities, ideally and quietly situated at the end of the Main street close to a variety of shops, bars and eating places and only minutes from the lake. Highly recommend the Stori bar/shop where you can sample or purchase a large selection of Welsh beers, ciders, spirits and wines within 2 minutes walk. They even produce their very own (and very nice) gin at the back of the shop. Great value and one of the best cottage accommodation we have experienced. The location is also ideal for exploring north or mid Wales. Will certainly return.
