However there were a few issues - the TV remote and TV were very difficult to get on to channels, to increase the volume etc even after we got new batteries for it!! The calendar for putting the bins for collection was 2 years out of date. There were no hand towels, bath mat or toilet brushes. The property was too hot so we had to keep the windows open all night. The sofa was rather low and not very comfortable.

General appearance of the house very fresh & new, with top quality fixtures & fittings, although maybe fewer knick-knacks & ornaments, & more crockery & cutlery would be useful! Strange pre-set heating system, therefore unable to regulate to suit changes in temperature - upstairs very warm & downstairs quite cool at times (other guests have commented on this in the guest book). Suggest some kind of screening of the huge, green metal box situated right in front of the sitting-out area at the rear. Would recommend this house but with attention paid to the above suggestions.
