Access leisure centre for gym, pool and beauty treatments, with discounted prices available on request.You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy a spot of fishing on-site providing your own tools. For children, there is a small free playground available on-site as well. And with Windermere just 20-30 min away, our location serves as the perfect base for all of your Lake District adventures.

At Borwick Lakes, you'll find a convenient automatic barrier that can be opened using your key fob. As you approach the exit, the barrier will open automatically for you. There is parking available for up to 1 car on the right side of the caravan. We kindly ask that you refrain from parking on the grass to help maintain the pristine natural surroundings.

Please note we provide bedding for both bedrooms but NOT for the sofa bed.

Swimming, fishing & gym passes are available at extra costs. Go to main reception to organise.

This modern and spacious caravan is a delightful retreat that accommodates up to 4 people, featuring central heating, a gas fire, and a flat screen TV. The open plan living area, double glazing, and patio doors leading to a balcony make for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The double bedroom even boasts an en-suite, while the shower room and WC cater to your needs. Bedding is provided for both bedrooms, but not for the sofa bed, and towels are not included. Additional facilities such as swimming, gym, and fishing passes are available at an extra cost and can be arranged at the main reception.

Our location is IN front OF Borwick Lakes, and we are always available to assist you during your stay. Borwick Lakes is a new and tranquil site that is the sister location to the 5-star South Lakeland Leisure Village, situated on the edge of the Lake District.

You can easily take a short walk to areas of outstanding natural beauty, such as Yealand, Silverdale, Arnside, or even north to the historical city of Lancaster. The park has a small children's play area, and the leisure facilities, including a gym and swimming pool, are just a short walk away (separate charges apply).
