Sitting above the harbour side of West Looe, with wonderful views of the busy water-way and out to sea, is this peaceful and comfortable apartment Flat 4, West Quay House. The property offers bright and airy, relaxed accommodation within easy reach of all that Looe has to offer. It is an ideal base to explore the lively seaside town as well as the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer.  If you can tear yourself away from the stunning views from the living room and the master bedroom, you could explore East Looe, which is a matter of 10 minutes' walk away, with its vibrant shops, restaurants and pubs as well as the lovely sandy beach.  Closer to the apartment there are a number of local cafes and shops along with the Jolly Sailor pubs, reputedly the oldest in Looe, and a ferry boat that can nip you across the water at high tide in a couple of minutes. 

Accommodation: 

Entrance is directly beside the parking area, down a flight of 9 easy steps, with a hand rail, into the welcoming sunny apartment.  The Living/dining room has an electric coal effect stove, TV with Freeview and internal DVD player, Radio and CD system, dining table with seating for 4. The galley Kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave, fridge with freezer box, electric cooker and iron. The master bedroom has a 4ft 6in double bed and relaxing chairs to watch the views. The twin bedroom has two 2ft 6in beds (one only slightly restricted in length). The family bathroom has a bath, separate shower cubicle, electric towel rain WC and wash hand basin. The apartment has night storage heating along with secondary heating if necessary. 

Parking:

Outside the front door. This is a shared basis parking area with 5 apartments sharing 4 spaces.  There is plenty of additional parking a few minutes' walk away on the Quay side, which is charged at local rates.
