Guests say

The Coach House receives high praise for its cleanliness, comfort, and well-stocked facilities, including a welcome pack that guests found delightful. While the location is appreciated for its proximity to attractions and countryside, some guests noted the need to drive to local amenities. The property's character and thoughtful touches, such as a welcome hamper, contribute to its charm, although these gifts are kindly provided at the owner's discretion and may vary.

Guests consistently noted the property's spotless condition, with only a minor mention of cobwebs and an unemptied bin. Overall, the high standard of cleanliness is evident in the reviews.

The property's location is praised for its convenience to attractions and natural beauty, but some guests mentioned the need to drive to shops and pubs, and the difficulty in walking to local amenities.

The property is repeatedly described as comfortable and spacious, with high-quality furnishings and a cosy atmosphere. Only a single mention of overly warm bedding suggests room for minor improvement.

Facilities are generally lauded, especially the well-equipped kitchen and extra lounge. However, points are deducted for the mention of wobbly slabs, lack of a grill pan, and the need for emergency items during a power cut.

While guests were charmed by the welcome pack and other thoughtful touches, there is no consistent reference to whether such gifts are standard or to their variety, so a score cannot be accurately provided.

Great location for exploring the wider area. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Communication with the owner, both before and during our stay, was excellent and any queries we had were answered promptly. We would definitely stay at the Coach House in the future, if we were visiting Staffordshire as a family/group of friends.

When we arrived there was the cutest welcome basket. The facilities were great as the cottage had literally everything we needed from pens to cooking utensils. The garden is so pretty and having my morning coffee in the front garden really made it magical. The BBQ hut was such a lovely place to hang out with our fiends and cook some food. We will definitely be back.
