  The house was very spacious and a pleasure to stay in, well equipped and comfortable. My poor rating is more to do with the agent's service. I emailed a couple of times but didn't get a particularly prompt response, e.g. the last time I waited 14 days and had to follow up to prompt a response. I also found it quite difficult to get information from your 'help desk' about the property, e.g. I asked more about the coffee making facilities advertised in the website description, and was told that you didn't know; the person responding had checked the website photos to see what they could find out (as you keep no kitchen itinerary) and they suggested I bring any equipment with me. I brought coffee pods but they were too small for the machine. It's info like this which is really useful and make the difference in enjoying the whole holiday or needing to go out and search in local shops for the appropriate item, eating into the holiday time. We also found the checkin times very late and the checkout time too early, so found value for money quite poor when paying for a night's stay when the checkin time is 4pm - especially when trying to coordinate young children's routine.

  The property was much larger than it looks from the photos and the house was very clean and well equipped. The 'Welcome' Basket of goodies was a nice touch and my children enjoyed the Norfolk cookies! Beware though, the garden is very small with not really anywhere to sit comfortably. Not safe for young children as you can't close the gates if you have 2 cars on the small driveway otherwise you will need to park outside the property on the road. The house is ideally situated and only a 5 minute drive to Wells Next-The-Sea. The local pub, The Carpenter's Arms is a fabulous place to dine and only a 5 minute walk through the pretty village. We thoroughly enjoyed our round of golf at Fakenham Golf Club too - pretty little course, not too taxing and very friendly staff. We also ventured down to Yarmouth for an evening of greyhound racing - a really fun time and restaurant food was excellent.

  First full family holiday. Couldn't have booked a better place to spend the week. Owners were both lovely and very welcoming to the whole party. House is set a stunning location and the house itself is beautiful. So much space for the 3 children of the party to run around in. Rooms were wonderfully spacious and light. Kitchen sitting area is huge and fully stocked for all your needs. Outside seating area is lovely for your morning coffee or evening glass of whatever you drink. You might even catch a glimpse of the local widelife taking a stroll through the garden. A short walk to the nearest country pub where excellent food is severed and the is an area for the kids to play outside. We will 100% look to book another break at Dentford Heights.

  A family holiday in the Peak District was enhanced by a stay at Monyash Barn. There was seven of us in the property which can easily accommodate eight persons. Quite a cosy property with a small garden and space for two cars although plenty of street parking available too. The kitchen and dining area are quite spacious although there is very little storage space for food. A set of measuring scales for use in the kitchen would be useful. The property is a little dark inside and would benefit from improved lighting. The four bedrooms are situated on the first floor but there is only one well lit bathroom on the same floor which was a bit of a scramble! The property is well sited next to pub & cafe. A very enjoyable stay.

  An exceptionally clean and tidy house. All bedrooms comfortable and bathrooms well-appointed.Very private with fab views from all angles. Bi-fold doors from open plan, open onto a large patio, with sweeping lawn down to sheep and woods.Great views of wildlife. Easy access onto sensible roads, even-though it is in countryside and ample parking. Owners use a few buildings on site, but they are separate from house- so it still feels private. Lovely friendly and helpful owners with good helpful contact via text. I would thoroughly recommend this property - but would also like to keep it secret just for me to use! One of the best we have been to. Thankyou.
