  Perfectly located on the coast road within walking distance of Thornham’s two lovely pubs, the bus stop is also right outside. 3 Knights cottages was clean and cosy, beautifully furnished. The underfloor heating was a real bonus for our winter break. The small enclosed garden was very safe for our two dogs. We loved the fact that all the bedrooms were en-suite with plenty of room for five adults, we felt they would just benefit with a few more storage additions such as shelves in the bathrooms and hooks on the back of the doors. The views over the marsh from the top floor bedroom are a birdwatchers dream! We loved the open plan kitchen/ living space which was very sociable for a family gathering. Can’t wait to return in the summer!

  Fantastic lodge in an elevated position, roomy, immaculately clean and fresh. Lovely living area with windows all around, super warm with great kitchen area. Bedroom was lovely, with super-king bed, separate dressing area, loads of storage and lovely on-suite bathroom, with freestanding bath. In short, we could not fault it (and we are very fussy finding fault pretty easily), and it is close to one of the best SC places we have stayed in. If you fancy a few days in Norfolk, then this place is well located, quiet (at least in mid-November), fantastic local cafes and pubs and close to beaches and other go-to places. We will definitely be back. (PS - could not write in visitor book as pen had run out of ink!!)

  The chalet facilities were exactly as described and the photographs were very accurate.

  It was immaculately clean, tidy, and welcoming. All equipment functioned as it should. The site is well laid out and reasonably well maintained. The village possesses most of the features and facilities that are necessary to support a holiday for an average sized family. The bathroom mirror is smaller than we would have liked but there are good sized mirrors in both of the bedrooms. There is no shaver socket in the bathroom but fortunately we had taken the precaution of taking an adaptor plug. All in all, we had a great time in North Norfolk, in Mundesley, and in the chalet.   Well sited, practical modern bungalow home in very good condition, convenient for unusually good town shops and facilities such as a nearby play area, close to beautiful coast and countryside of north west Norfolk. Well equipped with three good bedrooms, two good showers, bath, utility room and amazingly three toilets! Galley kitchen in comfortable open plan living space is practical and stylish, opening down onto small outdoor space with seating. Amid a quiet, well maintained gated site, with takeaways and petrol station convenience shop handily close by. Very good base for a family holiday for up to six.

  The chalet was small but comfortable.

  The location is as expected out of the way, but a perfect base camp for exploring. It was spotless but with a couple of very minor issues, like the cooking pans were quite dirty especially the frying pan that was full of grease. A bedroom door latch was stuck in the open position, there was no wi-fi, and a broken rubbish bin lid. I tried finding where to report these tiny issues to Sykes, but was unsuccessful on either their app or website or e-mails. There was a contact no: for anything problematic, but these issues did not spoil our stay and were very minor.
