Perfectly located on the coast road within walking distance of Thornham’s two lovely pubs, the bus stop is also right outside. 3 Knights cottages was clean and cosy, beautifully furnished. The underfloor heating was a real bonus for our winter break. The small enclosed garden was very safe for our two dogs. We loved the fact that all the bedrooms were en-suite with plenty of room for five adults, we felt they would just benefit with a few more storage additions such as shelves in the bathrooms and hooks on the back of the doors. The views over the marsh from the top floor bedroom are a birdwatchers dream! We loved the open plan kitchen/ living space which was very sociable for a family gathering. Can’t wait to return in the summer!

On arrival and having unpacked, the first time we flushed the toilet we found that it wasn't working properly and was unusable.
The office was locked and so we called the two out of hours numbers both of which were on message service. About an hour later a very angry looking young man arrived, he marched through our houseboat without speaking to us, he proceeded to stomp in and out . Then the owner arrived and insisted that the toilet was checked that day which it clearly had not been. It wasn't really all that clean anyway. If on cleaning and flushing it would have been found faulty . When I disputed her claim the owner just rudely talked over me . We then had to pack up all our belongings and move to another houseboat.

We will definitely return! We would thoroughly recommend staying here. The house is spacious and clean with a lovely modern decor. To have an en suite in all three bedrooms is a real bonus. We enjoyed waking up to the fabulous views from the top floor. There is also electric in the parking area which we weren't expecting so we were able to charge the car.The location is ideal for various coastal walks and also two brilliant dog friendly gastro pubs in walking distance along with a dog friendly deli.We will definitely be back to stay again.

A lovely cottage in a fantastic location! We've been so lucky with the weather this week so have spent most of our week on Brancaster beach. Our two children have loved being so near to our favourite beach, enjoying building sandcastles and swimming in the sea and body boarding. Drove Orchard and Thornham Deli are also worth a visit. The Jolly Sailor in Brancaster Staithe is a fantastic place to eat with the kids. We've had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back again. Thank you, Norfolk Hideaways.
