  Lovely cottage but don’t be fooled by the images it is very small and oversized furniture adds to this. Upstairs is very cramped but has comfortable furniture and lovely bedding. The bathroom needs to be refitted its dated and mouldy in places. Kitchen is well stocked and outhouse has drying area which is useful. The location is perfect and nice to have access to body boards and chairs if you haven’t brought them along. The biggest nightmare is the parking, you have to drive on onto shared parking area as it’s a one way narrow street and no where to turn. It’s a shared drive anyway and the property to the right or the drive insist you don’t park too close due to access to their property which is ridiculous given how tight it is. We ended up paying for parking in the car park as it was a nightmare and took 15 mins to be able to reverse off. Overall maybe if a couple, small car it’s lovely but not recommended for family.

  Excellent location right in the heart of the village but with its own parking! Literally 30 second walk to shop and 2 mins to the pub, both of which served excellent food! Lovely and warm throughout - no need to light the log burner! Kitchen is small but had everything we needed. Beds super comfortable! Hot tub was a fabulous bonus. 10 mins walk to a great beach although not dog friendly in the summer but we went in March so perfect! If i had to stay one thing was missing - it would be a outside tap to wash the dog, but we had a mud daddy with us so again all good. Lovely stay and would highly recommend!

  Yellow Cottage is the perfect getaway property. Located literally right in the centre of the Croyde Village, all the amenities are just moments away! It was so nice to be really close to the village. We found it to be super comfortable and very well appointed. The quality of all the equipment and even the beds, linen and towels was first class! Although the garden was small - it had all we needed.....a generous garden table and chairs, BBQ and a Hot Tub! We cant wait to return and would thoroughly recommend Yellow Cottage to anyone.

  A large, comfortable property ideally situated for the beach and for the village of Croyde. Bon Accord is light and airy and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Beautiful walks were in easy reach and other sandy beaches just a short drive away. We were very lucky with the weather and spent a considerable amount of time outdoors. The garden is well thought out with tables and chairs to eat at and comfortable garden furniture for relaxing. This was our first holiday with Marsdens Devon Cottages but we would not hesitate to book again.

  This was the perfect property for our family holiday. The facilities at the property covered everything we needed. The spacious rooms and large, safe garden were ideal for the children to play in (1 year and 4 years). The property was in a great position, with the restaurants and shops in Croyde, the beach and the Cascades pool all in easy reach. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a family holiday in North Devon.
