  Had a nice stay with my dog but it's a studio not a one bed apartment.

  Not much room between bed and table so have lovely bruises on my thigh thanks to the bedpost corner. Flooded the bathroom as no instructions left as to which tap worked which shower head. Could have done with an eye mask as the overhead light was on from dusk till dawn and the blinds aren't blackout ones. Read other reviews and took a digital indoor aerial with me which I stuck to the window. TV worked as normal after retuning to aerial setting otherwise you have to sign in to each app. The instructions were there for the TV but they didn't work as previous occupants had attached It to a laptop and not reset it. It was well equipped and short walk to shops and bus station and across the road from The Spa. Sam the caretaker was lovely. She sorted the problem I had with the central heating but then it had problems again. Only there 4 nights and it was warm anyway so didn't bother her again. Wouldn't stay again though.

  Perfect location and beautiful views of the sea.

  The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. There wasn’t much information given on arrival such as where to take the bins out or what to do on departure. Would also have been nice to have more supplies such as spray to clean the kitchen sides after cooking or kitchen foil etc. just the little things you need when staying for a week that you wouldn’t assume to pack. All other properties we have been to with Sykes have alway left a welcome gift and had information on the area, or things to do I.e board games for when the weather is being British which this property lacked which was a shame as them little touches are why we have stayed loyal to Sykes. Overall we had a lovely week staying here and is great for those with children as it’s 5 minute walk from the attractions and our little boy loved watching the sea.

  The property is a high standard with everything you could need for a comfortable stay.

  Very clean and fresh. Being a studio it is a little cramped for everything that is in there. Check in was very simple and easy to access. Parking is a bit difficult as it is resident permits only during the day. It is just across a quiet road to the promenade and beach so you can sit at the outside table watching the sunrise over the sea - magical. The tv took me some time to work out as you have to stream it from your phone or laptop - I would suggest bringing a firestick if you have one. Would be good if there was a freeview aerial! Special mention to caretaker Karen who is a star! Very helpful and knows the good places to eat. Would recommend Frankies and if we visit Bridlington again will definitely be staying here.

  North Bay View is a wonderful apartment located within easy walking distance of the beaches, town centre and Sewerby.

  The sitting room is spacious with 2 large comfortable sofas and an armchair. It is bright with a bay window to let plenty of light in. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have plenty of space and wardrobe storage. The shower is excellent quality, not something you can always say about holiday rentals. The kitchen has all the facilities you need to cook meals. It is clear a lot of care has gone into making this a property visitors will enjoy staying at. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in the area.

  We really enjoyed our stay at North Bay View.

  It's a very spacious apartment that offers a wonderful blend of Edwardian charm and modern living. The whole place was very well decorated, spotlessly clean, comfortable and very well equipped. A real home from home and the web site pictures don't really do it justice, and the owner Cath' couldn't do enough for us. We'd never been to Bridlington before, but we were very impressed. The beaches are amazing and all of the surrounding areas and Bridlington town are clean and tidy. Mr & Mrs Edwards ( September 2024 )
