  Beautiful cosy accommodation and very well equipped.

  Owners were very helpful and nice to have unlimited firewood throughout the stay- most properties charge you after the first fire. Welcome package was great, including a home made cake and huge bowl of fresh eggs from the chickens. Our children were made to feel very welcome and had great fun in the outside space with the donkeys. Our only issue was a lack of a washing machine- 2 children under 10 spending every moment having fun outside or on the beach generate daily dirty clothes, coats and waterproofs. This would be even more of a problem during a summer stay, with sandy and sea water soaked clothing and towels. However, this is our own fault for not noticing the missing washing machine in the listing, and the owners very kindly did a load for us to see us through. If there was a washing machine available, albeit in a barn or outhouse, we would certainly visit again as the property and location were perfect.

  Thoroughly enjoyable stay.

  We spent a wonderful week at Ash Tree Cottage which had everything we needed and more. Scones with jam and cream was a very nice surprise on arrival. The kitchen was very well equipped with a large fridge/freezer. We felt felt spoiled for choice when it came to somewhere to sit, as well as the living room there was seating in the conservatory, decking, garden and summerhouse. The beds were also very comfortable. Parking was easy as there is plenty of room on the driveway and the cottage is at the end of a cul-de-sac and was very quiet and peaceful. The local pub, The Bradworthy Inn serves good food and has a lovely beer garden and is just 2 to 3 minutes walk away.

  A fantastic week in a luxury cottage.

  Fiona and David met us on arrival, they were friendly and helpful and made us feel at home immediately. A welcome pack was left for us and this was very much appreciated. The cottage was excellent with everything you could want or need. It was lovely with the donkeys, cat and goats and would be fantastic in the summer for children.The Bradworthy Arms is well worth a visit, food was very good, as was the Fish and Chips and the Pizza’s van which comes to the square in Bradworthy. All in all a gorgeous week with great weather. Would definitely recommend 100% a visit to Warbrook you will not be disappointed. Thank you to Fiona and David for a lovely relaxing break.

  This is truly a stunning cottage set in beautiful Devon countryside.

  The owners Fiona and David are extremely welcoming, they left a welcome pack in the cottage which was a lovely treat. Warbrook is an wonderful place to stay, the decor is gorgeous with all home comforts, you want for nothing! The donkeys are so friendly and always after a cuddle along with the sheep, goats and cats you feel very relaxed. You are in a great location for visiting other parts of North Devon and Cornwall. The village of Bradworthy has a pub which offers good food, well worth a visit. Fabulous all round package for a super holiday, highly recommended.

  We enjoyed the property very much, it was clean and well presented and was convenient for our requirements.

  The local housekeeper / caretaker, Heather, was very helpful when contacted about routines etc, and even provided some larger mugs herself so that we could dunk our biscuits as the ones provided were a little too narrow at the top.. Our only criticism is that the property could do with a tumble dryer, as the washing we did at the property would take 3 or 4 days to dry in the utility room and the bedding felt a little damp in the evening. We eventually used the launderette in Bideford to dry the laundry. Otherwise, it was thumbs up all round. Nice place.
