  We had a fantastic week in this lovely apartment.

  It is in a great location just a stone’s throw from the beach It also has a nice leafy park just across the road for the kids to run around in. The views are absolutely superb. We were up early enough to see the sunrise most days. It really is a magical spectacle. The apartment itself is spacious and well appointed with comfy furniture and all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. It was very clean and there were lots of nice additional touches including some snacks and a nice cake on arrival. The board games were a welcome addition- we played a lot of Frustration! We were lucky enough to have good weather most of the week so were able to enjoy the beach every day. Hall Garth park is also a great place for the children’s area and wide green space to explore. We visited the Hornsea Museum and also took a trip to Hull to visit the Deep and the East Park, also great for kids. All in all a very good experience, we hope to return.

  Absolute Gem of a cottage just perfect for my husband and I and our cockapoo Chase for an Easter break .

  Nice and cosy with the log burner which we only had to use once as the weather was lovely. A lovely little cottage in a great location . We would book again . Underfloor heating was lovely , we just couldn’t get the one in the bathroom to work . The sofa , as other guests have commented is not very comfortable. Maybe a small corner sofa would be better ? Kitchen was fully equipped, with everything you may need and with a lovely welcome pack and dog bed , bowls and treats which Chase loved . They garden was as lovely and we sat relaxing in the sun eating breakfast and and in the afternoons it a real sun trap . Great location and a short drive into Cottingham centre and in to Beverley . Great info on local walks ranging in distances Highly recommend .

  Wee Woody is quite well provisioned for up to two people.

  The kitchen facilities are good... although the wobbly tap needs sorting! There is everything you need for a comfortable stay in a good location. There are one or two things that need updating/ repairing like the shower head (doesn't sit properly in its holder) and the vacuum cleaner. I had hoped to remove most of my dogs hair before the cleaners came in but the Dyson wasn't working properly. The TV in the lounge has a mind of its own, randomly switching on when it feels like it. I do think the bedding could do with updating. Having said this, I have stayed before and will stay again as its a pleasant alternative to guest flats or hotels when visiting my mum. It's dog friendly and very near some excellent walks.

  We have just returned from this beautiful apartment overlooking the sea and bowling green.

  Watching the game unfold from our balcony or looking for dolphins which we were lucky enough to spot . Be patient. The main bedroom offered perfect views across the sea sitting in one of the 2 rocking chairs with binoculars . What I loved was the bright airy rooms. Huge bedroom. The balcony a bonus even if the weather wasn't perfect wrap up in a throw and watch the world go by. The decor immaculate good quality fixtures furniture couldn't fault anything. Perfect location for running walking and just relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay with our lovely dog Lacey. Oh the swimming pool at the hub is well worth a visit. Reccomend this beautiful apartment oh and parking right outside a bonus too.

  We had an extremely enjoyable week at Wee Woody.

  The property was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Loved the garden area and we used it a lot as we had some lovely weather. It is only a couple of steps from the front door which was not a problem for ourselves or our dog. The owner came to let us know we had no wifi as there had been an accident which had brought down the pole, this was very thoughtful of her. I would definitely recommend this accommodation as it is a very peaceful area and although on a golf course we heard very little from the golfers. There are plenty of walks nearby and some lovely places to visit Thank you Linda for the flowers and goodies and providing us with delightful accommodation.
