This outstanding lakefront house on the shore of Lough Conn with its own private jetty and shoreline. Close to Foxford for shops, pubs and restaurants.
Interiors are stunning and contemporary with quality fixtures and furnishings. The large open plan living space is a wonderful sociable room with plenty of room for seven guests. Relax at the kitchen island and chat over a coffee or cosy up infront of the woodburning stove. Step outside and the style continues… Large French doors open onto the patio with its fire pit, barbeque and table and chairs. A beautiful spot overlooking the Lake.
The property has extraordinary woodland and lake views across to Mount Nephin and also down to Lough Cullin and it’s just a short stroll to the renowned beauty spot of Pontoon Bridge. Enjoy world class salmon and trout fishing on Lough Conn and Cullin and it’s just a five minutes drive from the nearest salmon beat on the renowned River Moy at Foxford. Excellent golfing is available at various nearby links and courses. Take to the saddle and go horse riding and explore the coast and countryside. Falconry and clay pigeon shooting are both available locally.

Amazing house with great views of the lakes from the kitchen/living area. With two ground floor ensuite rooms this was ideal for my elderly parents in one room and kids in the other while we had the room upstairs with views to east lake. There is a nice little town called Foxford less than ten minutes drive away and you can easily access Ballina and Castlebar, Westport, also the Nephin mountain is less than 20mins drive away. The house comes with a private Pier/jetty which is great for fishing/ kayaking to the islands. I found the owner and cleaner very helpful and friendly and would definately go back if i got a chance.
