Relax at the kitchen island and chat over a coffee or cosy up infront of the woodburning stove. Step outside and the style continues… Large French doors open onto the patio with its fire pit, barbeque and table and chairs. A beautiful spot overlooking the Lake.
The property has extraordinary woodland and lake views across to Mount Nephin and also down to Lough Cullin and it’s just a short stroll to the renowned beauty spot of Pontoon Bridge. Enjoy world class salmon and trout fishing on Lough Conn and Cullin and it’s just a five minutes drive from the nearest salmon beat on the renowned River Moy at Foxford. Excellent golfing is available at various nearby links and courses. Take to the saddle and go horse riding and explore the coast and countryside. Falconry and clay pigeon shooting are both available locally.
