A spacious detached property in a rural setting in the hamlet of Templetown, with panoramic sea views, less than 4 miles from the village of Fethard-on-Sea in County Wexford. This welcoming cottage offers a selection of bedrooms including some on the ground floor and two with en-suites, ensuring parties of all ages and make-ups can enjoy time here. The sitting room with its open fire makes a cosy space for relaxing, while livelier times may be enjoyed round the pool table on the first floor. The large gardens are perfect for family fun. The Hook Peninsula attracts visitors to its beaches and activities including walking, golf and horse riding. Head up to New Ross and visit the JFK Arboretum or the Dunbrody Famine Ship, or travel over to Waterford in the west or Wexford in the east to take in all they have to offer.

House was ok fixtures, furniture and appliances all need updating. Couldn't read the dials clearly on the hob and oven. Other wee faults also. Will not be recommending it. House does have good potential if all simple things were fixed....

Definitely need car for all travel as itâs some distance to any shops & beach but is walking distance (on the road) to a pub. Nice attractions (Hook Lighthouse & Tintern Abbey) around the area full with interesting history. A lot of driving to reach anywhere but worth the scenery. Booley Bay & Duncannon Beach are worth a visit.

Fantastic views from house. Duncannon beach is super you can drive on no carrying chairs bags etc. Josephine was very helpful when we had a fuse blow and couldn't find fuse box. Would definitely stay there again.
