Perfect for a hike in the mountains or a trip on the ring of Kerry. Very nice and welcoming host. Only the water pump is a little noisy. And the beds are a bit hard, but everybody loves it differently.

The property was clean and comfortable, and in a lovely situation for exploring the mountains and lakes around Killarney, without drivng too far. The owners were welcoming yet unobtrusive. For such a remote setting, that there was a shop about 10 minutes walk away was a bonus. The views from the garden were superb, although not available from the ground floor rooms. The facilities were on the whole good, if at times a little basic, and the kitchen area was very compact. We had an issue with the oven door handle about which the owners were understanding and helpful. Overall we had a good week in this delightful part of County Kerry.
