This cosy holiday home is ideal for a couple wanting to enjoy a retreat to Donegal's coast. The property is accessible for those with mobility issues so can cater for a variety of guest groups. In the mornings you can wake up and head to the milking parlour next door and pick up fresh milk; you can even help milk the herd if you wish to, while the hen coop can provide fresh farm eggs for a delicious breakfast. You can enjoy a variety of activities and experiences on the farm, including Llama Walks, interactive farm tours and holistic health experiences. Enjoy walks along the Erne Estuary, wander across the white sand of Tullan Strand, which offers ideal conditions for surfers, and venture into nearby Bundoran to discover a number of day out opportuinities, including a water park, an adventure park, a bowling alley, a coastal golf course and a beach with surfing and trout and salmon fishing opportunities. Ballyshannon, Ireland's oldest town, is just over a mile away at the mouth of the River Erne, boasting a range of shops, pubs and restaurants, while also enjoying panoramic views of mountains, lakes and forests. The annual Ballyshannon Folk & Traditional Music Festival is a must-visit during the summertime and next to the town is Assaroe Lake, where you can try a selection of watersports such as kayaking and canoeing, along with a spot of fishing. Head to Donegal town to spend an afternoon at the stunning Blue Flag beach at Rossnowlagh and enjoy picturesque coastal walks along the soft sand, and head south along the coastal peninsula towards the dramatic cliffs of Slieve League, passing through the fishing port of Killybegs and the quaint villages of Carrick and Kilcar.
