Enjoy a swim at the local sandy beach, Port Arthur, which a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk away. Kayaking and other water sports are available depending on the time of year. Get acquainted with this delightful area as you embark on a scenic stroll down to the village of Derrybeg or enjoy a day exploring Machaire Chlochair Beach, spotting the mesmerising ruins of Cara Na Mara Wreck aka Bád Eddie.
