Ocean View is a well-equipped and comfortable holiday home praised for its peaceful location and beautiful surrounding scenery. Guests enjoyed the local beaches and the cosy atmosphere provided by the stove in the evenings. While some maintenance issues were noted, the overall experience was positive, with the property offering good value for money and a restful stay.
The property is described as spotlessly clean, indicating a high level of cleanliness. However, the mention of strong odours in the sunroom suggests a minor issue, slightly affecting the score.
The location is highly praised for its beauty, tranquillity, and proximity to local beaches and scenic walks, contributing to a restful holiday experience.
Guests found the house comfortable, with a special mention of a comfortable bed. The presence of loose floorboards, however, suggests a slight compromise to overall comfort.
The property is well-equipped for a holiday stay, but points are deducted for worn carpets, loose floorboards, and the unusable sunroom due to odours.
There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the hosts, so it is not possible to provide a score in this category.

The cottage is beautifully situated, very practical and comfortable, and spotlessly clean.
Ms Hales
We had a lovely week at Ocean View. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We loved coming in and lighting the stove in the evening after one of our many walks on the beautiful local beaches such as those on Cruit Island or a few miles away at Mullaghderg or Carrickfinn. The countryside around is just beautiful and the scenery was spectacular with the autumnal colours. The house was well equipped for cooking and for a treat the Caisleain Oir Hotel just before Annagry served delicious food that we enjoyed. Would be happy to return.
