Our second time staying at this magical place and this time we brought friends to celebrate a special occasion. The magic didn’t fail. I cannot fault the exceptional service, attention to detail, wonderful food, fabulous staff and all round magical atmosphere created by the hosts. Our guests and us loved every single second! From arranging pasta making, tour guides, cars here there and everywhere, everything was incredible and I was the most relaxed I’ve ever been with hosting an event. Thank you so, so much for having us back, letting us take over, keeping us well fed and hydrated (amazing cocktails on the roof - the green cosmo a favourite). Cant wait to return!!

The most magical place, so very beautiful, welcoming and relaxing. They are the ultimate hosts along with their wonderful staff. A shout out to the barman for his excellent drink making skills, Basil Cosmopolitan, Hugo Spritz and the St George were firm favourites! The rooms are magnificent, we stayed in the top tower with its luxurious round bed, and own private rooftop paradise with sun loungers and limestone bath. The food was outstanding and the service impeccable. Drinks on the castle rooftop or restaurant terrace to take in the breathtaking views. 3 pools to chose from or relaxing walks around the grounds of citrus orchards and olive groves. Thank you for the most fabulous holiday and memories of a lifetime.

The castle is spectacular. The grounds are amazing. Food is fabulous and cocktails are sublime. That doesn't begin to explain the magic of Castello Salentino. I had my 60th birthday there and we booked out the whole castle. The owners add a dimension to the Castle that makes it a VERY special place. It is like no other. Such great times, laughs and a celebration of life. Castello Salentino is a must for anyone that enjoys living. Go there and be reminded of what is good in this world. Create memories that will outlast you. I know it sounds too fantastic but that is what it is - FANTASTIC!! Keep smiling and thank you to the owners for creating a little piece of heaven on earth.
