The villa is situated in a harmonious hilltop area with other holiday properties nearby, and a short drive to local amenities. The closest restaurant is less than a 5-minute drive away, but can also be reached on foot in just over 30 minutes if you fancy a relaxing nature walk. 

The closest village is Scopello, a quaint place and a picture of rustic charm. Its heart is the 'Baglio', an ancient courtyard surrounded by old buildings, now bustling with cafes and artisan shops. A short stroll leads you to the Tonnara di Scopello, a historic tuna fishery, offering astonishing views of the sea and its famous faraglioni (rocky stacks). Don't miss the chance to swim in the crystal-clear waters of the nearby coves, especially the enchanting Cala Mazzo di Sciacca. On the way here, you can also pick up fresh groceries and essentials in one of the small supermarkets.
