A wonderfully elegant choice of villa with room for ten guests, Villa Moura lies close to the several Golf Courses and the beautiful beaches of Praia da Marina and Praia da Falésia. You can walk straight from the kitchen to the terrace outside and enjoy your breakfast or morning coffee in the sunshine.

Villa Moura has five bedrooms, including a double and twin – both with en-suite bathroom – on the ground floor. There’s an additional double bedroom in the basement, and an en-suite twin on the first floor, with direct access to the balcony.

Also - on the first floor, the master suite is a real treat, with a dressing area and spacious en-suite with both a bath tub and shower. Again, you have direct access to the balcony from this beautiful room.

There’s plenty to do on the basement level, with a gym, games room and cinema room. With plenty of seating for everyone to enjoy a movie, large curtained screen and high-quality sound, you get the full cinema experience without leaving the house. In the games room, you have table tennis, pool and table football, as well as space to just chill out.

The resort of Vilamoura has a lot to offer visitors, not least the restaurants, bars and stylish boutiques to be found in the marina area. There are two great beaches, and many opportunities to experience nature whether on foot, by bike or while taking part in any number of water-sports.

Among the other places of interest within a short drive are Albufeira, where the pretty Old Town is kept separate from the livelier tourist zone, and the charming city of Faro which has much of historical interest to see, as well as the sandy beach and Rio Formosa National Park. The pleasant town of Almancil, neighbouring São Lourenço village and pretty Loulé give you many more options, none more than 20 minutes away.

Vilamoura has developed into one of the Algarve’s most prestigious and popular resorts, purpose-built for visitors and full of things to attract them. Around 30 minutes’ drive from Faro Airport, it’s easy to access and sits roughly halfway along Portugal’s southern coast.

Its huge marina is the centre of the action, lined not only with yachts but bars, restaurants and designer shops. Vilamoura certainly attracts the wealthy and the famous, but retains a relaxed atmosphere and feels surprisingly peaceful given its popularity. It’s easy to go exploring by bike or on foot, or take a boat trip – although some will simply be drawn to the resort’s fine beaches or the many nearby golf courses.

Vilamoura’s central position makes it a great base for visiting other towns and villages too, like Faro, Loulé, Portimão and Lagos, all of which are under an hour from the resort.
