With a countryside feel, the house is the perfect hub for a great family vacation. The lodge is bright and inviting and is designed to the highest quality. The bedrooms, of which there are two, offer clean and beautifully designed sleeping quarters. With views of the hills and the town from all areas of the lodge, you will have a holiday of total bliss when you stay in Pavla Lodge.
When you enter the lodge, you will find a well-designed hallway with plenty of storage for your holiday needs. A modern open-plan living, kitchen and dining room quarter offers the perfect living space for your break. The kitchen is well-fitted with the best appliances to cook a delightful dish during your stay. And there is a bar area where you can have breakfast and drinks after the kids go to bed. The glorious views of the hills and valley make for a wonderful dinner party in the living area. The living area offers all the latest technology with a large smart TV and LED lighting. The sofa in this room also turns into a bed if extra sleeping quarters are required.
Upstairs in the property are two bedrooms, one accommodating three guests with a single and double bed and the other with a double bed. Both are pleasantly designed and are perfect for a family on their holiday. The first floor is also home to the bathroom, which is well-designed with a beautiful suite and a washing machine. With the sofa bed as well, Pavla Lodge comfortably sleeps seven guests.
The property is excellent, with a private garden and an outdoor dining area to enjoy pleasant nights eating al fresco and using the barbecue. The lodge also has its own hot tub and sauna to help you unwind during your break away and a delightful shared pool that is perfect for those sunny days. The little ones in the family can also enjoy the swings, and there are bikes your family can use during the trip. With free parking, your family can explore further afield from the gorgeous lodge.
The property is located in a rural destination with easy access to the town of Trebnje with all its local amenities. It’s also easy to explore other towns in the local area, including the wonderful Novo Mest. Right next to the banks of Temenica River, there are so many picturesque spots to enjoy walks and cycling.
The lodge is situated in a quieter area but with a parking space available, it does mean you can visit further afield during your wonderful break in Slovenia. And if you don’t want to drive, many cycling routes in the area offer beautiful views while biking. Many people also come to the stunning region to hike, and there is plenty of this in the hills in the surrounding area.
If you want to eat out for dinner, the closest places would be in Trebnje. The wonderful town lies on the well-known Temenica River in the south of Slovenia. The beautiful Trebnje castle stands on the river and traces back to the 13th century. You can also visit the Gallery of Naive Artists if you enjoy art, and they regularly have exhibitions for the family to enjoy.
The area is also becoming more well-known for its glorious wine. The whole of the Krka Valley sees a flow of tourists and locals wanting to take tours through the Lower Carniola region. As well as getting to taste the local wine, Cviček, they can also try different wines and see how they are blended.
Another town you may want to visit during your stay is Novo Mesto. The gorgeous town is full of culture and history, with so much to see and do during your stay. You may want to see the traditional and charming cathedral in the town, visit the local vineyard for some wines, or look around the shops. The town is now situated in the centre of Dolenjska. You can also get to Ljubljana in under an hour, which is the capital of Slovenia. It is full of beautiful green spaces, cafes and museums. There is plenty for history buffs, including the Museum of Modern Art and the National Museum of Slovenia. The nearest airport is 81.6 km away in Ljubljana.
