A terraced, stone cottage resting on a small estate, just a short walk from the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water. Modernised to a lovely standard with a fresh and inviting feel, this retreat is well-suited for a family, or a group of friends wanting to get away from it all. As you enter inside, the kitchen/diner is most welcoming, with its wonderful design and central breakfast bar that seats up to six people. Spend some quality time with your loved ones here, perfect for those early morning refreshments or a homely meal after the sunsets. With a pretty backdrop of the garden and heart-warming features, this is a pleasant place to relax in style. For extra comfort, cosy up in the lounge which houses a woodburner to warm those cooler nights and neutrally finished sofas to enjoy the ambience from. Three bedrooms lie on the next floor, elevated by a light and airy overtone which creates a soothing set-up for a peaceful night's rest. Offering a diverse range of styles, you will be spoilt for choice. A contemporary bathroom completes the interior, wrapped in fine detail with a pure white suite to compliment the property's image. Once you have relaxed indoors, steps out to the large enclosed garden for a refreshing drink under the sun, or stroll into the village with more to see. Birdland Park and Gardens, Dragonfly Maze, a monthly farmers’ market, tea rooms, antiques, craft markets and a traditional sweet shop are just a taste of whats on offer. Further afield, pay a visit to the medieval town of Burford for a great day out or the quintessential English village of Broadway which sits in reaching distance. An elegant retreat in a well-rounded location.
