It has been subject to recent renovations throughout by the new owners and comes with all the benefits of residing in a gated community. A bright, spacious open living area leading on to a dining area and contemporary kitchen with access to the south facing balcony. A beautiful log burner will keep you warm during the winter evenings.

The ground floor has a master king bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the outside decking. This room benefits from a small sitting area with occasional day bed (single) which can be used for an additional child/small adult on request. There is another double bedroom on the ground floor, a child’s bunk room to the first floor and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room to the second floor.

Spa use included. Towels and bed linen provided. Travel cot and highchair provided (please bring your own linen for the cot). Wi-Fi included. Allocated parking space as well as one visitor parking space to the front of the property with overflow parking available almost adjacent. This property is subject to a £500 Refundable Damage Deposit, due prior to arrival.
