Converted from a barn, this property is now a fantastic holiday home, ideally suited for a couples break or a retreat with friends. An open-plan living space is the hub of the property, benefiting from underfloor electric heating throughout, you will love every minute spent in this communal haven. A plush sofa arrangement sits in front of the TV which has Sky, where you can cuddle up with your loved one in front of a film or put on the latest installment of your favourite show. Get the woodburning stove fired up on a cold night, centred in the incredible brick feature fireplace, while the chef of the group can start rustling up your evening meal in the kitchen. Sit across from the culinary master at the breakfast bar with a glass of wine, and enjoy the views out to the fields and the last of the evening light from the velux windows. When evening turns to night, head to the bedrooms where you will find two double rooms each with their own en-suite bathroom, with the property also benefiting from a cloakroom with basin and WC in the front hall. Melton Mowbray is a town in Leicestershire which lies on the River Eye and the River Wreake and has a population of around 25,000. Well known for its culinary specialty, the Melton Mowbray pork pie, and home to one of the six licensed makers of Stilton cheese, it is sometimes referred to as Britain's "Rural Capital of Food". Rolling countryside surrounds it and affords plenty of opportunity for walking, cycling and taking in the fresh country air.
