Shower room: With shower cubicle and toilet.. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Balcony with outdoor furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. Mablethorpe is a traditional seaside holiday resort with sandy beaches and many colourful beach huts along the promenade. There is plenty to see and do for everyone, with the fairground, amusements, donkey rides on the beach in the summer, and the boating lake all close by. You can catch the bus nearby to take you along the coast for days out at Sutton-on-Sea, or further on to Fantasy Island, Butlins or Skegness. There are lovely walks along the seafront from Mablethorpe all the way to Sandilands, with many brightly painted beach huts along the way, with cafés for refreshments and ice creams to enjoy on your travels. Situated on the second floor, this apartment has lovely views over the beach and sea from within the property, or take in the fresh sea air with your morning coffee whilst sitting on the balcony. Shops, pubs, restaurants are within ¼ mile with the beach approximately 50 yards walk from the door.
