Each year there is the Chapel Carnival Parade, which includes an array of creative floats and activities on the Village Green, complete with a fireworks display on the promenade. Fantasy Island Theme Park in Ingoldmells is just three miles away, and the vibrant larger resorts of Skegness and Mablethorpe are worth visiting.

Great heating which was important in October! Very economical heating in the lounge which spread warmth to all rooms easily. Our two large dogs coped well with the property which has a six ft fully fenced and secure outside area. It's a bit of a faff getting stuff into the house because of the parking and some furniture is a little tired after the summer season hence 4stars not 5,but really these are minor things. The electric meter was extremely well fed on arrival and despite us using the shower and heating a good deal, usage was minimal. Fantastic location for the beach Also if you need a secure dog area there's a amazing place called Huttoft Hounds a few miles away from the chalet. This is a bonus for dog owners as you can book online and it's worth a visit. It was a shame there was no Internet and phone data was non existent too which meant planning for things was difficult. We had a lovely time though and would recommend this as a base to work from.

The previous tenants smoked inside bedroom smelled of it had to move to smaller room they let ther2 large dogs mess and pee on the Astro turf although the cleaner tried to clean it when the sun shone you couldnât sit in the yard or have the door open because of the smell so what could have been a good holiday was spoiled not by accommodation but by previous tenant we left a day early because of this so weâre disappointed by the holiday

Excellent communication with property owner. Well kept site, very quiet. Only 3min walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this chalet and location.
