There are good walks and cycle routes straight from the door with a nice stroll leading you to the pub in the next village which serves excellent food and refreshment.
To the east are the sandy beaches of Skegness which offers a good day out for everyone to enjoy from miles of seaside walks to all the fun of the fair is this traditional seaside resort. Inland there are good days out to be had browsing around the Lincolnshire Wolds market towns of Louth and Horncastle with Alford also only 10 minutes’ drive away. The city of Lincoln well known for its castle and historic Steep Hill with the cathedral dominating the skyline. You can also visit the stunning gardens of the Arboretum and the vibrant Brayford Waterfront for lunch. Beach 11 miles. Nearest shop 1½ miles, pub 2 miles by car.
