Situated in Stixwould near the village of Woodhall Spa, in a rural area of outstanding natural beauty, this cottage takes a central position, ideal for accessing many attractions and day trips. Perfect for friends or a small family, this retreat is a lovely base to spend some quality time with your loved ones, offering a spacious interior for a homely holiday experience. The kitchen carries a classic design, elevated by colourful tiles, and a dining table which lies to the opposite side of the room, including seating for four people. After a heart-warming meal, cosy up in the lounge, complimented by grey sofas, and an electric flame effect woodburner, tucked away into a lovely stone fireplace. Stairs lead up to two double bedrooms, mirroring each other in style with pretty décor, bedside tables, and wardrobes to complete the formation. Wonderful tones of duck egg blue are laced into the bedding and curtains, to create an all-round soothing aura. Lastly, the bathroom boasts a sense of charm, comprising of a bath with shower over for a refreshing finish. From the property, you will find a lovely courtyard with an outbuilding, doubling up as a utility area with plenty of space for your extra belongings. There is much to do in Woodhall Spa, with a heated open air swimming pool, a range of sports and leisure facilities, woodland walks, and a children's play area. The Roman city of Lincoln is only 20 miles away, and the East coast lies a leisurely 35 minute drive. Nice central location. The welcome pack and accessories were beyond belief and the best we have ever had. The cottage was lovely and clean. 5 stars to your fairies. Demi, the dog, enjoyed the garden. We will have no hesitation in returning. Thank you for a wonderful break.

The owners go above and beyond in making you welcome with a great welcome hamper toiletries etc. It was our fifth stay in Clippers and Iâm certain weâll return. We had a lovely stay with decent weather and found some new walks which our dogs loved. The only slight criticism is the replacement of the fridge freezer in the utility room with just a freezer. The fridge in the kitchen is very small so the additional one in the utility room was in previous stays very useful.

Plenty of room and very peaceful. The cottage has everything you need for a perfect stay. Woodhall Spa is close by with some lovely shops and plenty of eateries.
