To the exterior, you have your very own enclosed garden, where you can luxuriate in the warm bubbles of the hot tub and relax on the patio with a replenishing drink as the tangerine sun sets for the evening. The rural village of Greetham is positioned some six miles from the town of Oakham, close to Rutland Water, where you will find many outdoors activities and watersports for all. The village itself has two pubs, a village shop and the Greetham Valley Golf Club. The Georgian market town of Stamford is also easily reached from here and the cities of Leicester and Nottingham are also worth a visit.

The mirrors were rusting tiles in bathroom cracked and in need of regrouting the floors were worn cracked and lifting in places the hot tub wasn't very bubbly and washing machine broke down. We cannot fault the guy who came to help but washing machine was beyond fixing and hot tub still didn't really bubble it was more like a ripple. All in all dissatisfied with what I thought was going to be a bit of luxury for my special birthday. I

Fantastic time as always. Staff are so friendly and couldn't do more for you! We had a small issue with the door to the garden not locking properly and someone from maintenance came out straight away and fixed it with no problem. Spacious clean and have everything you need. Our garden was fairly large which was great as we had 2 children with us. Looking forward to our next stay!

my daughter is special needs and she loved it . hot tub lids are very heavy to put on if your on you own . outside of lodge grass could have done with a cut before my arrival weeds in-between flag stones not a good look plus a lot of cobwebs outside on lodge things that only take 10mins ..... inside was very clean lovely welcome pack . overall we will come again as very peacefully. thank you .
