Langham is a wonderfully appointed cedar-clad lodge, located on the fringes of Oakham, within the Barnsdale Lodge Hotel estate. Surrounded by idyllic countryside on the north shore of Rutland Water, this retreat boasts a modern feel, ideal for families and friends. The interior is bright and spacious with quality following through the open-plan living space, bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen allows you to prepare those family dinners, whilst the lounge area is perfect for unwinding after a day filled with adventure. Use the on-site facilities at your own leisure, make the most of the Nature Reserve and explore the amenities close by. Get a real taste for the outdoors at this wonderful lodge in the heart of Rutland. Exton is a village set in the East Midlands county of Rutland. The Fox and Hounds public house overlooks the tree-planted green. Oakham is the nearest town, boasting a combination of stone and thatched buildings, a range of shops, as well as pubs, bars and eateries to choose from. There is also a local history museum, a 12th century castle and a 14th century church. The Rutland Water Nature Reserve offers watersports, a small water adventure park, birdwatching, a sailing club and fishing opportunities.
