Upstairs on the first floor, four of the five bedroom are presented. Bedroom four (Munnings) overlooks the picturesque high street and offers a single bed. Bedroom three (Constable) and bedroom room two (Church View) also both provide king-size beds, as does the en-suite master bedroom. A family bathroom and additional shower room are also found on this floor. Located on the second floor, bedroom five hosts a further single bed in the eaves, alongside a children's playroom with bean bags and an assortment of games.

Outside, a patio runs down the back and side with thoughtfully planted mature raised flower beds including lavender. Above the patio is a compact lawned area offering great view of the church and beyond.

Dedham's Old Post Office is just steps away from the village’s delights including great pubs, a café, a famous tea room, a local butcher, craft shops, a museum, and an impressive church.
