Get back to nature and enjoy life on a working arable farm, in a lovingly converted barn with sweeping views of the fields and countryside all around you.

Millers is one of three tastefully converted barns on Bullocks Farm, where contemporary fittings and comforts create the perfect setting for enjoying a rural retreat. The heart of the property is a large, open-plan living space, including a fully-equipped kitchen and central breakfast bar, as well as generous and comfortable seating area. The focal point of everything is the wood burning stove – and the owners kindly provide the logs.

Thanks to the large windows with panoramic views, Millers is filled with light and offers some lovely views of the surrounding Essex countryside and arable land. There’s underfloor heating throughout and lots of thoughtful touches, like the White Company bathing products in the bathroom and the 100% cotton linen and towels. You can even ask the owners to provide you with home-prepared, locally sourced seasonal meals and treats (see Additional Information below).

For a small additional cost a selection of freshly home prepared meals and treats can be provided. Please give the owners 24 hours’ notice for this service.

The garden area, fire pit and barbecue are shared with neighbouring properties Fox Hatch and Woolmers.

A utility room is shared between the three properties with washing machine, tumble dryer and a large American style fridge/freezer/ice maker.

Our standard welcome hamper is not provided at this property.

Travel cot and high chair available on request. Please bring your own linen for the cot.
