We enjoyed our shortbreak. Would return and would recommend to friends and family. Enjoyed the music playing in the bar and restaurant in the evening.Enjoyed Archery, Swimming Pool, Sauna, Hot tubs and Gym. Restaurant food good quality but would have liked to see more vegetables on the plate.Log cabin - Nice size, comfortable beds and well maintained hot tub. Few cobwebs inside the cabin. Could have been due to time of year, but wouldn't have expect this due to extra cleaning and late check in.All four of us kicked the dinning chair legs in our lodge at least twice during our short break. Lots of cooking utensils, made cooking easy.

The premier cabin (with hot tub) we stayed was a great size for a family of 5 with two children and a baby. It was really clean and had excellent amenities with so many everyday essentials in the cupboards, including utensils, pans, cafetière, etc. The outside space was perfect to with plenty of seating around the hot tub, and plenty of towels provided. The hot tub was also really clean and easy to use.

The park grounds were lovely. Play area, outside bar and restaurant looked fairly new. The actual lodge itself was a let down. There was a strong smell of damp and dogs. We did ask for the lodge to be cleaned again which they responded to quickly. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the sofa was very tatty. It's a shame as I would visit the park again if the lodges were in better condition. Very expensive for the quality we received.
