Keswick is a popular town resting North of the Lake District and just 16.6 miles away from Ullswater. Within the town you will find a plethora of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes, in addition to a number of attractions including miniature golf, excellent parks, the famous Theatre by the Lake, a charming cinema, the Pencil Museum, a climbing wall, fishing and great mountain biking. Nearby is the lake of Derwentwater, where you can enjoy a host of watersports.

Please note the steps going down from the kitchen to the boot room are steeper than usual.
The garden can be accessed from the back door in the boot room or by the path next to the front door.
