With off-road parking for two cars and welcoming three well-behaved pets, this retreat is perfect for families or friends seeking a tranquil countryside escape.
Upon entering this single-storey retreat, you will be greeted by a spacious kitchen/diner, fully-equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up delicious meals to enjoy at the dining table. Adjacent to this, you will find an inviting sitting room, where you can unwind on the plush seating in front of the TV, with the electric fire adding a touch of warmth during cooler evenings.
The property boasts two well-presented bedrooms, a double and a twin, ensuring a flexible sleeping arrangement for all. The double bedroom benefits from an en-suite cloakroom with a basin and WC for added convenience. There is also a separate shower room, complete with a walk-in shower, providing a great place to freshen up after a day of exploring.
Step outside onto the enclosed wrap-around decking, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or dine alfresco on warmer days. The outdoor furniture provides a perfect spot to relax and soak up the peaceful surroundings.

Aspatria is a small town in west Cumbria which has had a settlement there for over 3000 years. The town is located on the site of an old Roman road and is known for its 19th century St. Kentigern church. Lying just 5 miles from the coast and on the edge of the Lake District National Park, Aspatria is a superb base for discovering the Cumbrian countryside. It has a railway station and a number of shops and pubs. Just a few miles to the north is the market town of Wigton which still holds a market each Tuesday in the covered market hall. Wigton is a popular centre for shopping, pubs and restaurants, and also boasts a theatre, bowls, swimming, tennis and other sports. The port town of Silloth is just a few miles away and has a wide range of amenities. Aspatria is a wonderful location for a memorable Cumbrian holiday.
