Guests appreciate the pet-friendly nature of 31 Forest Views, with its onsite 'dog park' and the ability to bring dogs. The property is praised for its cleanliness, spacious main bedroom, and the convenience of a cafe nearby. While some guests mention road noise and a need for better kitchen equipment, the quick response to issues and the overall comfort of the property are highlighted positively.
The property is generally described as clean and tidy, with satisfactory cleaning standards mentioned. However, one review notes a scaled shower head, indicating a slight need for improvement.
The proximity to a main road is a concern for some guests due to noise, but the presence of a nearby cafe and dog exercise field is appreciated. The mixed feedback suggests the location has both advantages and drawbacks.
The property is commended for its comfortable beds and spacious main bedroom. The presence of a toilet and washbasin in the main bedroom adds to the comfort level. No significant discomforts are reported.
While the property includes private parking and a deck, guests note a lack of kitchen equipment and the need for an outside light. The facilities are adequate but could benefit from some enhancements.
There are no mentions of gifts or special thoughtful touches in the reviews provided, so it is not possible to assess this category accurately.
