With plenty of seating and a Smart TV, the cheerful lounge is perfect for snuggling up to watch a film in the evening. There’s a lovely dining table to the rear of the room, ideal for enjoying romantic meals which you can rustle up in the stylishly arranged kitchen. The ground floor also has an invigorating shower room. From the main living area, stairs lead up to the mezzanine bedroom which overlooks the lounge and features a cosy double bed. Stepping outside, the pretty garden is enclosed, with a lawn, a patio, BBQ and outdoor furniture, offering a charming spot for sitting out on a sunny afternoon with a good book, or stargazing into the night.

The cottage lies in the cheerful hamlet of Dubwath, with Bassenthwaite Lake Station, Bassenthwaite Sailing Club and the Dubwath Silver Meadows Nature Reserve all just a short stroll away. Just a couple of miles north are The Lakes Distillery and the Lake District Wildlife Park, with Mirehouse and Gardens along the opposite shore (5.5 miles). The vibrant Lakeland town of Keswick (8 miles) is home to the Derwent Pencil Museum, the Theatre by the Lake and the Puzzling Place.
