Heggle House was refurbished in 2018 with high quality finishings, and the open plan living space makes it ideal for everyone to enjoy. Downstairs is delightful with a wood burner while upstairs is just as welcoming with comfortable beds and a Jack ’n’ Jill bathroom from one of the bedrooms. Heggle House is set in peaceful open countryside and whilst it is ideal for couples, it is equally ideal for families. It truly is a fantastic home from home! There is lots to explore in the area and right from your door you can enjoy peaceful walks in the surrounding Caldbeck Fells, or for the more adventurous, Blencathra is within walking distance. Alternatively, bring your bicycle - you will probably not meet a car for miles. Situated only 3 miles form the the charming little village of Hesket Newmarket, why not visit the microbrewery, one of the first in Cumbria, which produces one of the widest ranges of real ales in the county? The village also has a shop and pub.

A 30-minute drive away is the pretty market town of Keswick which offers a wide range of attractions for visitors, from lovely niche shops to an abundance of cafés and restaurants. Keswick is also one of the main centres of outdoor activities in the UK so those looking for that adrenalin rush won’t be disappointed.
