Jenkins Crag Romney Grange in Ambleside is highly praised for its stunning views, cleanliness, and comfort. Guests appreciate the well-equipped kitchen, spaciousness, and quiet location. The property's proximity to local attractions and the inclusion of an allocated parking space add to its appeal. While some guests missed a welcome pack and noted water pressure issues, the overall sentiment is overwhelmingly positive, with many expressing a desire to return.
The property consistently receives accolades for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews mentioning it being 'spotless' and 'very clean'. This suggests a high standard of cleanliness maintained at the property.
The location is frequently described as quiet and convenient for exploring the area, with beautiful views of Lake Windermere. The mention of a steep drive suggests some accessibility concerns, but overall, the location is well-regarded.
Comfort is a strong point for this property, with guests noting the 'super comfy bed' and the overall comfort of the apartment. The presence of two bathrooms and spacious bedrooms also contributes to the comfort level.
Facilities are generally praised, especially the well-equipped kitchen. However, some guests experienced issues with water pressure and noise from nearby renovations. The presence of an EV charging point is a modern amenity that adds to the facilities score.
