Step inside, leave your walking boots and jackets in the lobby and make your way into the immaculate, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Enjoy the airy ambience of the light-filled room, lose yourself in the waterside vistas or settle down together in front of the Smart TV with a DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. Whip up a delicious dinner for two on those nights you chose to stay in, then dine together at the table. You also have a handy washer/dryer and a dishwasher. Venture 12.5 miles to see the National Trust’s splendid Wray Castle.
